Results

Over 200% Increase in specified item sales after launch of redesign and marketing campaign!

Updating the Information Architecture

The menu items on the screen were slightly repetitive and there were updates needed that would better match industry standards. One pain point was the “shop” option. Rather than redirecting to all of the companies offerings, it directed to the template shop, which is only one of the companies many service offerings. We decided to add a separate “Template Shop” to the menu, and add a “Pricing Page” to show the companies various offerings and prices.

Old Information Architecture

The old Information architecture had repetitions, and some user journeys through the site tended towards being circuitous.

New Information Architecture

The New IA eliminates unneeded repetition, aligns more with industry standards (which gives users a more familiar navigation experience, and provides more direct links to the companies most popular items.

Matching Call to Actions

I first updated the websites CTA’s to match one another. The company website had a consistent brand, but the details of navigation needed to be alligned. After speaking witht the company, we settled on the button states below.

New Pricing Page

When completing a competitive analysis I realized a key feature of many product webpages is the ability to easily compare service pricing options. I designed (Figma) and built (Webflow) a pricing page where the major offerings could be stacked next to each other and prices were easily seen.

Systems School Re-Design

Description

This was the largest part of the re-design as the company was releasing a new marketing campaing for their systems school. The goal was to create a more visually appealing and ordered user journey.

Goals

  • Place all information on one page
  • Create a more visually appealing showcase of what is included in their packages.
OLD - Three Separate web pages
home page, modules, and FAQ’s were on three sepreate pages.  When a visitor would click on these links they would be re-directed away from the main marketing page. This was not ideal since it would remove the CTA’s from being easily accessible.
NEW - One web page
All of the information needed was on one page. Rather than opening up a new page, when you click ont he “learn more” or “FAQ’s” the visitor would auto scroll to a different part of the page, but remain on the main marketing page. This allowed for the CTA’s to be kept in sight.
Old Module Layout
The information was on a separate web page and required a lot of reading.
New Module Layout
I decided to add a Slider to neatly organize the module information and communicate that there was more information available. I also added a the client's Youtube video as an intro. This allowed for greater accessibility and a reduced mental load.
